The General Activity/Appointment searches provide fields for finding activities or appointments that meet specified criteria.
Users can get to these searches by choosing Activities or Appointments from the drop-down list in the main menu, then choosing the General...search option. These searches do not appear on the main contact search page. Note that users can also search for activities or appointments for a specific contact.
