InterAction processes such as reports, reminders, and Data Change Management notifications rely on the configured email delivery system.
This article explains how these processes interact with SMTP or Microsoft Graph configuration.
Report and Reminder Delivery Process Configuration
Navigate to: Processes → Schedule and Results
Create a Report Delivery Process.
Open Process Settings.
The system automatically loads the email configuration from the Messaging configuration page.
Behavior for New Processes
When a new process is created:
SMTP settings populate automatically if SMTP is configured.
Graph settings populate automatically if Graph is configured.
Behavior for Existing Processes
Existing processes retain their previously saved configuration.
Editing a process does not automatically reload Messaging configuration settings.
