This article explains how administrators configure email delivery settings within InterAction Administrator.
The Messaging configuration determines whether email is sent using SMTP or Microsoft Graph.
Access Messaging Configuration
Log in to InterAction Administrator.
Navigate to Configuration → Messaging
By default the SMTP configuration screen appears.
SMTP Configuration
Enter the SMTP server details.
Click Test Settings to verify the configuration. A sample email is generated to confirm that the SMTP settings are valid.
Click OK to save.
SMTP becomes the default email configuration for all InterAction processes.
Microsoft Graph Configuration
To enable Microsoft Graph:
Change Authentication Type to Microsoft Graph.
Enter the following information:
Application ID
Tenant ID
Client Secret Key
From Address
The From Address must belong to the same domain/tenant used by the App Registration. Invalid domain addresses will cause connection failures.

Click Test Settings. A sample email is generated confirming successful authentication.
Click OK to save.
Microsoft Graph becomes the default email configuration.
