These additional fields collect general information about important companies and people. Normally this will primarily be clients and prospects, although you can include others as well. These fields are not global, because although you could store this information for all firm contacts, it is not practical to do so. It is really only practical to maintain this data for those contacts that are most important to your firm.
These additional fields are specific to the Company/Person Information folder (see Company/Person Information Folder).
