InterAction includes a separate application for printing information such as the number of contacts in all folders and the number of active users in the system.
You can use the InterAction Administrative Reports application to print these reports. The reports display using Crystal Reports.
The InterAction Administrative Reports application is installed when you install InterAction Administrator on your workstation.
Viewing or Printing an Administrative Report
- Log on to InterAction Administrator.
- Choose Reports > Administrative Reports.
- From the Reports list, select the report you want to view.
- Choose View.
Provided Administrative Reports
The following administrative reports are available:

| Activity Usage Analysis | Displays the number of activities by activity type. |
| Additional Fields Usage Analysis (Folder Specific) | Displays the usage of all folder-specific additional fields by folder type and specific folder. |
| Additional Fields Usage Analysis (Folder Specific) (for export) | An exportable report that displays the usage of all folder-specific additional fields by folder type and specific folder. |
| Additional Fields Usage Analysis (Global) | Displays all global additional fields and how often they are used. |
| All User Accounts Not Associated with Contacts | Displays all InterAction user accounts that do not have an associated InterAction contact. This report is used in conjunction with InterAction Project Folder Converter. |
| Classifications Usage Analysis (Folder Specific) | Displays all folder-specific classifications and the number of times each is used. |
| Classifications Usage Analysis (Global) | Displays all global classifications and the number of times each is used. |
| Collection Settings Analysis | Displays review options settings for each users’ contact collection. |
| Contact to Contact Relationship Type Analysis | Displays contact to contact relationship types and the number of times they are used. |
| Country Analysis | Displays all countries and the parameters set for those countries, including address format, country code, and more. |
| Data Change Management Statistics Report | Displays the number of tickets generated by each rule set. Includes number of tickets generated by date (< 1 week, 1-2 weeks, 2-4 weeks, and > 4 weeks), number of tickets still open, and number of potential duplicate contacts that have been generated. |
| Data Quality - Closed Ticket Analysis | Displays statistics on closed tickets by the Data Change Management group or user who closed them. |
| Data Quality - Open Ticket Analysis | Displays statistics on open tickets by the Data Change Management group or user who submitted them. |
| DCM Rules with Notify | Displays the collection name, change type, action, and rule owner for Data Change Management rules. |
| Folder Usage Analysis (By Folder Class) | Displays all folders by folder type within folder class. Includes owner, number of sourced and linked contacts, and date last contact was added to the folder. |
| Folder Usage Analysis (By Folder Class) - For Export | An exportable report that displays all folders by folder class. Includes owner, number of sourced and linked contacts, and date last contact was added to the folder. |
| Folder Usage Analysis (By Folder Owner) | Displays all folders by folder owner. Includes folder type, number sourced and linked contacts, and date last contact was added to the folder. |

| General View Access Analysis (Post-Upgrade) | Use this report in conjunction with the General View Access Analysis (Pre-Upgrade) report to determine if your field security is mapped properly. This only applies to InterAction 5.0 Projects users upgrading to a version of InterAction with InterAction Matters, Engagements, or Opportunities. | Group Analysis |
Displays a list of all InterAction groups as well as the members of the group. Included in the report is a column indicating whether the report is maintained in Active Directory. For more information on Active Directory, see Active Directory and InterAction. |
| Inactive Converted Reports by User | Displays a list of reports that are converted from the Windows Client and are still not complete (upgrade only). |
| Inactive Upgraded Reports by Date | Displays a list of reports that are upgraded from the Windows Client and are still not complete (upgrade only). |
| Overview Report and Section Inventory - By Report | Includes each report and section (by report) and how it was configured in InterAction (for example, whether the it is active, if it displays for people, companies, or both, the user who created it). |

| Reminders Usage Analysis | Displays a list of users, the number of one-time reminders for the user, the number of recurring reminders for the user, the total reminders for the user, and reminders by type for all users (one-time, recurring, and total). |
| Replaced Address Formats (Post Upgrade) | This is a list of address formats that are replaced as part of the upgrade. |
| Report Inventory | Displays all reports in the InterAction database and their current settings. The report lists organization reports, as well as all users’ personal reports. |
| Report Personalization Analysis - Filters By User | For Overview reports only. Displays the Overview reports and sections where users changed the default filters. |

| User Analysis |
Displays a list of all user accounts in InterAction, as well as some information regarding the user accounts. This information includes whether the user account is linked to Active Directory, the status of the account, and the last login date of the account. | User Contact Lists Analysis | Displays all user contact lists and the number of contacts in each availability state. |
