The reminder processes create log files you can use when troubleshooting. The default location for these files is:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LexisNexis\InterAction\Data
The available files are:
- IABroker.[date].log
- IAReminderHarvestProcess.log
- IADelivery-[processid].[date].log
