You need to perform some configuration tasks before making the Reminder feature available to users. These tasks include:
- Configuring Reminder Settings
- Configuring Reminder Message Settings
- Managing Reminder Users
- Managing Reminder Sets
You perform all these tasks from the Reminders launchpad in InterAction Administrator. Double-click Reminders from the main window of InterAction Administrator to display the Reminder Configuration dialog box.
