The Data Minder Contact Health Summary dashboard provides a convenient method for assessing the overall status of the contacts in the firm list.
The Administrator does not provide the settings that define the segments shown as donuts. Those settings are in Data Minder.
The Administrator does provide settings to schedule and run the process that updates the counts in Data Minder.
To schedule the process to run:
In the Administrator, click Data Change Management Configuration. The Data Change Management Configuration dialog opens.
Click the Contact Health button. The Contact Health Process Schedule dialog opens.
The Settings specify when to run the process to update all the counts used in Contact Health in Data Minder—the total number of contacts, the segments for High Quality, At Risk, Incomplete, Stale, and No Company Associated contacts, and then make them available both in the Data Minder lists and the Trend Report.
The default setting for the process is to run daily (Monday through Saturday) at 1:00 AM. We recommend scheduling the process at a time when system resources can be dedicated to the processing. When necessary, you can use the Run Now button in Data Minder to update the data.
- Specify the schedule you wish to set and click OK. When you have finished the Data Change Management configuration, click Close.
