For details about configuring the address data set and address rules, see Overview of the Address Data Set and Address Rules.
The columns included in this harvesting table depend on the options selected for the data set.
Address Data Set
| Table Column | Description |
|---|---|
| SYS_ID | System ID for the contact to update with the address. This column is only included when mapping by Data Source System ID. |
| LISTING_ID | InterAction Contact ID of the contact to update with the phone or address values in this row. This column is only included when mapping by InterAction Contact ID (ListingID). |
| LISTING_SRC_ID |
InterAction Contact Source ID of the contact to update with the phone or address values in this row. This column is only included when mapping by InterAction Contact ID (ListingID). The Contact Source ID identifies the database on which the contact was created. Combined with the Contact ID, it uniquely identifies the contact. |
| ADDRESS_ID |
Unique ID for the address. This is required if your address rules are configured to provide the address key from the data source. This is primarily necessary when the external system has multiple addresses with the same address type (ADDR_TYPE). If you select the Set Value option in your address rules, you can leave this column blank. |
| ADDR_TYPE | Address type from the external system. You use the address rules to map this value to an InterAction address type in the address rules. For example, if the external system type is BILLING, you might create an address rule mapping it to Alternate Business. Then, harvest the text BILLING into this column for each billing address. |
| LABEL | A description for the address or phone. |
| LINE1* | Line 1 of the address. This column is only included when the data set is for street addresses. |
| LINE2* | Line 2 of the address. This column is only included when the data set is for street addresses. |
| LINE3* | Line 3 of the address. This column is only included when the data set is for street addresses. |
| CITY* | City for the address. This column is only included when the data set is for street addresses. |
| STATE* | State or province for the address. This column is only included when the data set is for street addresses. |
| POSTAL_CODE* | Zip or postal code for the address. This column is only included when the data set is for street addresses. |
| COUNTRY | Country for the address. This column is only included when the data set is for street addresses. |
| ADDITIONAL | Additional line for person addresses. This is typically used to identify mail-stop or office numbers. This column is only included when the data set is for street addresses. |
| MAIL_IND |
Mailing address indicator. Set this to 1 if the address should become a mailing address within InterAction. Set to 0 if the address should not be the mailing address. The behavior of this indicator also depends on the Always Override Mailing Indicator option. For details, see Mailing Addresses. This column is only included when the data set is for street addresses. |
| PHONE | Phone number. This column is only included when the data set is for phones. |
| PHONE_EXT | Phone extension for the phone number. This column is only included when the data set is for phones. |

| COMPUTER | Computer phone number. This column is only included when the data set is for computer phones. |
| OTHER | Other phone number. This column is only included when the data set is for other phones. |
| MOBILE | Mobile phone number. This column is only included when the data set is for mobile phones. |
| ASSISTANT | Assistant phone number. This column is only included when the data set is for assistant phones. |
| Email address. This column is only included when the data set is for email addresses. | |
| WEB | Web site address. This column is only included when the data set is for Web site addresses. |
| FTP | FTP address. This column is only included when the data set is for FTP addresses. |
| [MAPPING_FIELD] |
This column displays if you choose to map contacts using an additional field value. The value in this column is used to find the contacts to update with the phone or address values harvested in the previous columns. The column is renamed to a valid SQL column name - for example, Client Code becomes CLIENT_CODE. |
* Application Collaboration checks the following address fields for a value:
- LINE1
- LINE2
- LINE3
- CITY
- STATE
- POSTAL_CODE
If all these fields are blank, the following occurs depending on whether Application Collaboration is adding or updating an address.
- When adding a new address, the address is not added and Application Collaboration reports an error.
- When updating an address, the address is deleted.
