The Related People, Companies, and Organizations page for a person or company displays the various relationships other contacts have with the person or company. Most of this information is stored in related contacts. This page displays the same information as the Related Contacts area of the Overview page (see Related Contacts Section of the Overview Pages).
Users can navigate to this page from the Overview page for a contact or from the View > Go To Related Contacts menu command available on most contact lists.
The Related Contacts page includes a series of links that generally correspond to relationship categories. The user can select these “filters” to display different sets of relationships. The grid lists all the contacts that have the specified kind of relationship with the contact. Unlike the Related Contacts section of the Overview page, the full page includes links for all available filters.
Related People, Companies, and Organizations Page
[A] The contact’s name is a link to the Overview page.
[B] The selected filter determines which relationships are shown in the grid below.
[C] Many of the filters include an edit box for quickly adding a new relationship.
[D] The preview pane displays information for the contact selected in the grid.
[E] This displays additional relationships between other users in your organization and the selected contact.

Displays all relationships between the contact and other users in your organization. Note that this only displays relationships the person has with internal people; relationships with non-personnel are not included. InterAction uses the Our Personnel contact type to determine who works at your company. Therefore, you must include this type on all organization employees in order for them to show up in this view. The total number of anonymous relationships also appears on this page along with a link for sending an e-mail inquiry. This uses company association to determine the list of people who work at the company you are viewing in the page. This displays the contacts in a two-part hierarchy – the top level displays the person at the company known by your co-workers, and the second level displays the people at your company who know the person. InterAction uses the Our Personnel contact type to determine who works at your company (your co-workers). Therefore, you must include this type on all organization employees in order for them to show up in this view. |

The following table summarizes the columns displayed on the Related Contacts page. Note that all of these columns do not appear for every “filter” on the page. For example, the Website column only appears on lists that display companies, such as the list of companies for which a person is a board member.

If your organization is using InterAction IQ, this column displays the calculated relationship strength for this relationship. If your organization is not using InterAction IQ or if the display of scores has been turned off, the IQ column is still displayed in these views, but contains no data. When using InterAction IQ, users may find it useful to sort the relationship grid by this column. |
| Website | The contact’s primary Web site. For details about how this is determined, see What are the Primary Phones and Addresses? |
| Relationship Description | The description for the relationship. Users can enter descriptions when the create the relationships. |
| Preview Pane Area | |
| Business card information (left side) | Displays the contact name, address, and common phone numbers. For details, see Preview Pane for a Contact List. |

What Can You Configure for the Related Contacts Page?
You can configure the following for this page:
- The set of relationship types within each of the categories. For example, if you add a new relationship type to the Board Membership category, it would automatically appear when users select the Board Member link.

The set of links displayed across the top of the nugget. For example, if you add a new relationship category, you can create a corresponding link to display it.
