The Activities page for a person or company displays the various activities for the contact. This page displays the same information as the Activities area of the Overview page (see Activities Section of the Overview Pages).
Users can navigate to this page from the Overview page for a contact or from the View > Go To Activities menu command available on most contact lists.
The page includes a set of filters for changing the set of activities to view. Users can filter the activities based a variety of criteria, such as the time frame, activity type, and what the activity is regarding. The filters work the same as those on the contact overview page; for details, see Activities Section of the Overview Pages.
[A] The contact’s name is a link to the Overview page.
[B] The selected filter options control the set of activities shown in the grid.
[C] The grid displays activities rather than contacts.
[D] The Preview Pane displays information for the selected activity.
[E] Displays the contacts included on the activity. An activity can have any number of contacts.
[F] The full text for the activity (if any) displays here.

| Activity Type | Displays the type of activity. You can configure the set of activity types available; see Creating and Editing Activity Types and Groups. |
| Summary | Displays the activity summary. This is normally a “short description” of the activity. |
| Originator | Displays the name of the user who entered the activity. If the activity was generated as the result of a contact change (such as a changed phone number), then the originator is the user who made the change. If the user is a proxy working on behalf of someone else, the originator is the person the proxy is working on behalf of. |
| Preview Pane Area | |
| Left side of preview pane | Displays the contacts included on the activity. For people, this includes both the person and their company. |
| Right side of preview pane | Displays the full description for the activity. |
